Does Chrome use GTK?

I have recently installed Ubuntu 20.04 and then I installed gtk-master dark theme (dracula dark theme) for applications and gnome shell.

How do I change my Chrome GUI?

Click Look and feel from the menu on the left and then click the Layout tab. Select the layout you want to use for your search engine. You can choose for your results to overlay over the page, open on a separate page, open in a different column, and more.

On Linux it uses GTK+, on Mac OS X Cocoa, and on Windows a custom views library, see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WsvNebq1dRg and also documents from http://dev.chromium.org:

As of May 2014 Google Chrome uses it's own custom UI stack called Aura. This is currently the case for all platforms except OSX.
