After submitting the app to app store for review, I got below alert in iTunes Connect. I don't see the option to upload iPad Pro screenshots in iTunes Connect.
Please let me know what can be done here.
On the iOS App Store, you must provide a set of screenshots for all device types. For iPhone, at the minimum, you need one set of screenshots for the 5.5-inch display, and for iPad, you need at least one set for the 12.9-inch display.
You cannot do this. Apple says that you cannot take away supporting a specific device type once you do it. Developers who wish to issue updates, but remove device support, have three choices: Fix their app so that it can work on the devices they originally set out to support.
To decide which category will best serve your app, consider the following: Your app's purpose. Your primary category should be the one that best describes the main function or subject matter of your app. Where users naturally look for an app like yours.
Yes, this is an error at Apple's side. I have submitted my app with this error and Apple approved the app.
Update:
iTunes Connect now supports uploading iPad Pro Screenshots (german screenshot)
As mentioned by @MikeKeskinov this may be only visible if the app is not already ready for sale. (thanks for commenting)
Thats because there still isn't a option to upload screenshots for the iPad Pro. No doubt error on Apple's side.
