I couldn't find a comparation on the web, so, what's the difference between the Flash Professional and the Flash Builder?

I saw in a video that I can edit some code in the Flash Professional. And I just saw coding in Flash Builder. So, my understand is that Flash Professional does what Flash Builder does, but not the oposite. Is it right?

Adobe Flash Player is software used to stream and view video, audio, multimedia and Rich Internet Applications (RIA) on a computer or supported mobile device. Flash Player was created by Macromedia but is now developed and distributed by Adobe Systems Inc.
Macromedia flash and Adobe flash are interchangeable terms. When the first flash software was created by FutureWave, it was known as the Future Splash Animator. Then in 1996, it was introduced to the public as Macromedia Flash when Macromedia purchased it from them.
It is designed for building games and applications using the ActionScript language and the open-source Flex framework. The Premium edition is available through Adobe Creative Cloud while the Standard edition is one of the few application packages still sold through perpetual licenses.
Adobe Flash Builder (previously known as Adobe Flex Builder) is an integrated development environment (IDE) built on the Eclipse platform that speeds development of rich Internet applications (RIAs) and cross-platform desktop applications, particularly for the Adobe AIR platform.
Flash Professional refers to the traditional Flash IDE that is a member of the Creative Suite family.
Flash Builder refers to the actionscript code editor built upon Eclipse (previously known as Flex Builder).
