Does Google publish a debug version of their Pepper flash player, akin to Adobe's debug version of the standard player (http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html)?
I would like to debug my Flex app in Chrome without disabling Pepper.
Using The Flash Player In Chrome In 2020 Chrome's built-in Flash player still remains, but not for long. The target for Flash removal is Chrome version 87 in December 2020, but this may come sooner.
As of 2021, Adobe has ended support for the Flash Player plugin. Flash content, including audio and video, will no longer play back in any version of Chrome. Visit the Chrome blog to learn more.
To do that, open Chrome's Settings, click on Show Advanced Settings at the bottom of the page and click on the button labeled "Content Settings..." in the Privacy section. Finally, locate the Flash section and the select your preferred Flash Player setting.
The debug version of the PPAPI Flash Player for Chrome and Opera has been released. They are available in the Flash Player Downloads page:
