My project builds with a warning, but it is not displayed in the "Issue Navigator". How can I get to this warning so I can resolve it? I've tried clicking on the warning on the top of the window but that does nothing. I'm using Xcode 4.3.
There is another approach to turning warning settings “up to eleven,” and that's to specify -Weverything in “Other Warning Flags.” This turns on all the visible Xcode warnings, along with other Clang compiler warnings that Apple has not made visible in the Xcode project settings.
You can also open the Issue Navigator (default shortcut: ⌘4 ). Then you can click on issues one-by-one. If you click on an issue with a Fix-it, Xcode will show the Fix-it popover and you can press return to execute the Fix-it.
In Xcode 9.2 (at least), you can single click on the error / warning icon in the tooltip and it will expand. Show activity on this post. I'm sure if you expand the left hand pane, it shows the full error. Ensure you are in the Warnings/Errors tab.
I met the same problem, and I found it simply because there are some thing wrong with the below filter input. You can solve the problem by typing something in the below filter input and then clear it.
