Student in computational biology at the University of Munich and the Technical University Munich. My primary interests range from NoSQL database development to GPGPU programming, specifically with applications in Bioinformatics.

Sometimes I also develop embedded systems for measurement applications with ARM Cortex M3/M4F controllers. I'm also interested in large-scale integer computations on FPGAs, but haven't found a suitable application for that yet.

Recently I developed an addiction to Haskell.
