I am facing a problem in installing ios app on the iphone with iOS 6.1. all the provisioning profiles and certificates works fine. App installed successfully on previous versions of iOS i.e.. 6.0.1, 5,4.
I am using testflight to download and install app on iPhone.

iOS 6??? That version is from 2012 and no longer supported.
Older devices may not support the highest supported versions of iOS available because they may not have the internal hardware to support it. Thus, for instance, you can not install iOS 12 on the original iPad (iPad 1). The last version of iOS that you can install on the original iPad is iOS 5.1. 1.
Restart your device, then Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off and then on again. Reset Network Settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings, and then your iOS device will restart.
I was also facing same problem but i managed to install .ipa from xcode 4.5, so if you are less than that then kindly update you xcode version.
