R dplyr summarise bug?

I am pretty sure that I got the same behaviour before I updated Rcpp.

Use filter and invoke_map to perform group aggregation

For some reason the process.time is not calculated correctly, but supprisingly message.rate which depends on it is correct! Did I do something wrong here?

Using group_by and do

I also ran into this problem, and solved it by running

remove.packages('Rcpp')
install.packages('Rcpp')
# You may need to run install.packages for multiple times and restart the R session in the process

I was going to leave a comment but apparently that needs 50 rep points. I updated R to 3.3.3 and RStudio to 1.0.143 (on an OS X Yosemite) and then updated all the packages earlier today. Started getting the same error but right upfront while loading dplyr:

Warning message: Installed Rcpp (0.12.12) different from Rcpp used to build dplyr (0.12.11). Please reinstall dplyr to avoid random crashes or undefined behavior.

Reinstalling dplyr twice didn't make the error disappear - so I guess I'll wait for an updated dplyr (0.7.1 now)and pray that meanwhile I only get random crashes, not undefined behavior.
