Hello Im new in websocket . I dont know why im getting this exception.

Am I missing something? the exception says that SockJsMessageCodec was not available..

Adding just jackson-databind:

    <dependency>
        <groupId>com.fasterxml.jackson.core</groupId>
        <artifactId>jackson-databind</artifactId>
        <version>2.5.3</version>
        <scope>runtime</scope>
    </dependency>

worked for me.
