I have only found trial versions of these converters. Does anyone know a free one? Any of the following target formats will do:
CSV, MDB, SQL, XLS
To convert DBF to Excel, firstly, open a DBF file in it and then if needed, edit the entries as required. Next, go to File > Save as option and choose an Excel format as output. After that, simply provide the output location and then click on the Save button to start conversion.
A DBF file is most likely a database file. Open one with dBase, Excel, or Access. Convert to CSV or Excel formats with those same programs.
Instructions on how to open a DBF file in ExcelOpen Excel. Select File, Open. In the "Look In" drop down box, select the desktop or directory in which you saved the file and in the Files of Type drop down box, select: All Files (*. *).
