I am from other country than US, as mentioned in the FAQ of Google Colab Platform for online experiments. Can I buy pro from here or could any one buy it from any other country?

Both Colab Pro and Colab Pro+ are available in the following countries: United States, Canada, Japan, Brazil, Germany, France, India, United Kingdom, and Thailand. Outside of these countries, Pro or Pro+ subscriptions are not available.
Yes. Colab is free of charge to use. Users who are interested in more reliable access to better resources may be interested in Colab Pro. Resources in Colab are prioritized for interactive use cases.
If you really want to, you can. If you input a zip in the US it will allow you to buy it, but with TAX.
If you choose 03222 or 97222, there will be no tax charged.
Beware: This is against the agreement that you will not pretend to be in the US. So, do it at your own risk. They might terminate your subscription any day.
