I need three fake telegram accounts to test my project. Is it possible to create or obtain them someway? Or i have to buy three sim-cards and register three accounts?

Take a screenshot of their profile and send it to a real admin in a direct message or post in the main group and ask for confirmation. Check their profile and see if they are a member of the main group. If they aren't, then they are probably an impersonator.
Unfortunately, you cannot create several Telegram accounts using the same phone number. But! There are some tricks on how to complete Telegram login without a phone number. Using our eSIM you get a residential privacy IP address located in USA, Europe or Asia that could be used to register second Telegram account.

Yes, right now you need to buy 3 mobile numbers to have 3 accounts. But I would suggest you to get private mobile numbers from the service provider, you can use trial account too, because once you signed in, all the future OTPs you can get in the telegram itself. ;-)
