Paypal have recently changed their user interface in developers.paypal and as such, I couldn't find out the place from where I can log in to my old SANDBOX account.
In the new developer.paypal.com, on the Application tab, I selected the sandbox account,
In the following link,
https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/applications/accounts
I get a button "login with paypal". But when I try to login, it displays a message "Invalid email" even though my email and password are totally correct.
The PayPal sandbox mirrors the features on the PayPal production servers. While some PayPal features do not apply to the sandbox, such as closing an account, issuing monthly statements, storing shipping preferences, and PayPal Shops support, the sandbox has the same PayPal API feature set as the live environment.
Log in to your sandbox PayPal account. Go to Settings (Gear Icon) > Account Settings > API Access. Select NVP/SOAP API integration (Classic) > Manage API Credentials > Request API Signature. You can find API Username, API Password, and API Signature.
To find the merchant ID of your PayPal account, log in to your PayPal account at paypal.com, click on the Settings icon, click on Business information and look for PayPal Merchant ID. To find the merchant ID of a sandbox account, follow the same instructions on sandbox.paypal.com. Your client ID.
Go to 'My Account' on the top right section of the page. Go to Accounts under Sandbox. See your sandbox account and click on the Clone link. Fill the details and mention the amount you want to have and click on Create.
Go to https://www.sandbox.paypal.com , then key in your account which create automatically when you register via https://developer.paypal.com
