I've been added in a couple of organizations on Google Play Store Developer Console but I can't get in touch with the admins, how can I leave those organizations?

You can uninstall a managed Google Play app from selected devices or device groups. On the menu sidebar, under CONFIGURE, click Apps and then click Android. On the Apps page, click Approved apps. On the Approved apps page, click Uninstall.
You can have multiple developer accounts. If one account get banned Google will try to find all your other accounts and they will be banned too..

Open Play Console. Go to Settings . Next to "Developer name," type the developer name you want to be displayed on Google Play. Save your changes. To comply with consumer protection laws, developer accounts with paid apps or in-app purchases need to add a physical address to their accounts.
If a developer account with paid apps or in-app purchases doesn't have a physical address, it may result in the account's suspension from Google Play. Open Play Console. Go to Developer page. Next to the Physical address, type your valid address where you may be contacted. Note that this will be displayed on Google Play.
When users are invited to access Play Console, they must sign in with a Google account using the same email address that the admin or Play Console account owner invited. Users can create a Google account using a new Gmail address (@gmail.com), or with an existing email address, such as a company email address.
Currently there is no way of doing it, but this request has been communicated to the Google Play console team.
