How can I delete a Facebook app that I developed? I don't see a delete button in my Developer Account console.

Delete the Facebook App Only From Your Phone On Android, go into settings, and choose “applications” or “app manager.” Select Facebook or Facebook Messenger from the list and tap “uninstall.”
Facebook has made a number of deals with Samsung and other Android smartphone makers to make it impossible for people to delete the app. The deals, first reported by Bloomberg, mean the Facebook app comes pre-installed onto devices and can only be disabled and not permanently removed.
This error is caused by a configuration issue in your Facebook Developer Application. This means your Facebook app is not live.

Navigate to facebook developer account
Select the application to which you'd like to make changes to
Navigate to Settings->Advanced on the left panel.
In the bottom left of the screen you will find Delete App
