I'm trying to submit a new application to the AppStore but now Apple requires screenshots for iPhone 4.7-Inch and 5.5-Inch. What is the best method to make these screenshot with the full resolution without the device? Thanks for your help!
As described in this answer, you can use the iOS Simulator to get a full-resolution screenshot. Show activity on this post. The answer is: Go to settings -> Display and Brightness -> View -> Choose standard instead of zoomed.
Press the side button and the Home button at the same time. Quickly release both buttons. After you take a screenshot, a thumbnail temporarily appears in the lower-left corner of your screen. Tap the thumbnail to open it or swipe left to dismiss it.
It has 5.0" screen with 1080p display resolution. Apple chose to use 1080p display and make a larger 5.5" 1080p display. Hence the drop from 462ppi to 401ppi in terms of pixel density. Despite the compromise on 1080p resolution, Apple maintained the same physical size as it was originally intended.
In Xcode 6 GM run your app with the iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus in the simulator and then hit cmd-s. This will save a screenshot to your computer.

EDIT:
Make sure Window => Scale is set to 100% in the simulator, else you have the correct device, but end up with the wrong dimensions in the screenshot. – Jos
