I have used following piece of code to execute schtasks
command from VB6. While executing it, ignores folder if they contains spaces. For example, "C:\program files\test\test.exe"
will be converted to "c:\program "
. How do I solve this issue?

Double Quotes inside verbatim strings can be escaped by using 2 sequential double quotes "" to represent one double quote " in the resulting string. var str = @"""I don't think so,"" he said.
To place quotation marks in a string in your code In Visual Basic, insert two quotation marks in a row as an embedded quotation mark. In Visual C# and Visual C++, insert the escape sequence \" as an embedded quotation mark.
To cause the C compiler to interpret the double quotation mark as a character, precede the double quotation mark with the C escape character, the backslash (\).
You can put a backslash character followed by a quote ( \" or \' ). This is called an escape sequence and Python will remove the backslash, and put just the quote in the string. Here is an example. The backslashes protect the quotes, but are not printed.

Thanks to a discussion on this forum thread, I found that it’s simple. Just use “” instead of “ to escape the nested quote. In other words, just double up the double quote symbol, to have it ignored in calculating the end of the string.

I've helped my sysadmins with some VBScripts that have had even more quotes.
It's not pretty, but that's how it works.
