RSA key is a private key based on RSA algorithm. Private Key is used for authentication and a symmetric key exchange during establishment of an SSL/TLS session. It is a part of the public key infrastructure that is generally used in case of SSL certificates.
An RSA key pair includes a private and a public key. The RSA private key is used to generate digital signatures, and the RSA public key is used to verify digital signatures. The RSA public key is also used for key encryption of DES or AES DATA keys and the RSA private key for key recovery.
PEM encoded RSA private key is a format that stores an RSA private key, for use with cryptographic systems such as SSL. A public key can be derived from the private key, and the public key may be associated with one or more certificate files.
PKCS #8 files (usually encoded as PEM) files can be encrypted with a passphrase and various cyphers, in which case these file start with "-----BEGIN ENCRYPTED PRIVATE KEY-----" header. The most widely used format for storing keys and certificates in an encrypted format is PKCS #12, defined by RFC7292.

BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY
is PKCS#1 and is just an RSA key. It is essentially just the key object from PKCS#8, but without the version or algorithm identifier in front. BEGIN PRIVATE KEY
is PKCS#8 and indicates that the key type is included in the key data itself. From the link:
The unencrypted PKCS#8 encoded data starts and ends with the tags:

Within the base64 encoded data the following DER structure is present:

So for an RSA private key, the OID is 1.2.840.113549.1.1.1 and there is a RSAPrivateKey as the PrivateKey key data bitstring.
As opposed to BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY
, which always specifies an RSA key and therefore doesn't include a key type OID. BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY
is PKCS#1

The RSA private key PEM file is specific for RSA keys.
It starts and ends with the tags:
