While I am typing on a specific line in workspace, the text present in the particular line's font is getting increased ! And it gets to regular size as soon as I stop typing.
I also upgraded to XCode 8.2 still the same issue occurs.
FYI: I have also tried the following code to reset the XCode default settings, but still no use.
defaults delete com.apple.dt.Xcode
Xcode > Preferences > Font & Colors. Make sure to press CMD + A to select all possible text types. Then change the font size from the picker.
Dynamic Type is a feature that was introduced in iOS 7 allowing users to change the default font size used across iOS. It is intended predominantly to support visually impaired users but in practice there are many iOS users who simply prefer a smaller / larger reading size for a variety of reasons.
The Dynamic Type feature allows users to choose the size of textual content displayed on the screen. It helps users who need larger text for better readability. It also accomodates those who can read smaller text, allowing more information to appear on the screen.
Arial is the font most commonly recommended by our experts. Times New Roman was the go-to font for so long that some of our experts now say it appears dated, but it's still a safe choice in terms of readability.
Solution:
This happens when you change font size for one particular element but the other editor's elements are using the previous/default font size.
If you want to change the font size either press cmd +
or in preferences -> Fonts and Colors
choose your theme and in the right pane select all the elements (press cmd a
) and then change the font size.
