I developed an application for Taiwan which has Google map in it. Now it's on market but when Chinese people try to install it, it gives an error as follow:
"The Application does not install successfully."
It's working on all other places. Client thinks it is because of Chinese Simplified language. Does any one faced such error?

Android.com is blocked in China, including the Android Device Manager tool that allows users to remotely locate and wipe their phones if lost or stolen.
The main supplier of mobile Android applications, Google Play, is also not available in China. Instead, there is a wide variety of platforms (more than one hundred) with Android applications available to any Chinese user.
Most of the time, there's nothing you need to do. Once you land in China, turn on your phone and it will automatically establish a connection and you will be charged international roaming rates by your network provider back home. In some cases, you'll need to go into your phone's settings and enable “Data Roaming”.
This problem occurs in android when two application have same certificates.So, please uninstall the app which has same certificate & then install the new one.
