Can the Amazon Kindle SDK (KDK) actually be downloaded from anywhere? There is a page that introduces the KDK on Amazon, but you can't actually download it from anywhere. It is also in Beta stage.

It's not a public SDK. You have to be a member of the program to download. I'm not sure how you apply anymore but developing with the KDK was pretty awful.
