Zend Framework : Get bootstrap resource from anywhere in application

Question

i wonder how do i get any bootstrap resource from anywhere in the application. eg. Zend_Validate, Zend_Auth_Adapter etc?

$resource = $bootstrap->getResource('whatEver')
