Your i18n workflow in Rails with TextMate? [closed]

Question

What is the best workflow for i18n in rails? I am using Textmate as an editor, but all Textmate bundles that I have tried have a poor user experience. Is there anything out there that helps me extract the translations fast and effective?

I personally use redis and enjoyed immensely not having text files and using redis.
