I want to sync my app with yahoo calendar such that the events added in the app are directly added in the user's yahoo calendar. is there any api available?
I have tried http://developer.yahoo.com/social/sdk/objectivec/ but it hasn't helped me much.

Yahoo Calendar is available on the iPhone as part of a linked Yahoo Mail account. With Yahoo Calendar activated, events appear in your iPhone calendar automatically. Setting up Yahoo Calendar and the iPhone Calendar to synchronize in the background is easy.
Yahoo has built a new calendar app called Day, with the co-founder of Sunrise consulting on the design. When it comes to online calendars and calendar apps, services like Google Calendar and Outlook from Microsoft rule the roost with hundreds of millions of users globally.
If you already have your Yahoo account on your iPhone, you do not need to re-add the account to change its settings. Select it in the "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" settings and slide "Calendars" to "On." If your calendar stops syncing, delete the Yahoo account on your iPhone and add it again to force it to refresh.
Yahoo Calendar supports CalDav. I think you need to look into using that. There doesn't seem to be a native Yahoo API for accessing their Calendars.
