I did a bunch of googling but I can't seem to find the (non-retina) html width/height for the ipad mini.
More specifically, the width/height when using:
<meta name="viewport" content="initial-scale=1,user-scalable=no,maximum-scale=1">
Would be great if someone can post a link or provide details similar to this excellent answer:

Liquid Retina display The iPad mini display has rounded corners. When measured diagonally as a rectangle, the screen is 8.3 inches. Actual viewable area is less.
Now in its seventh generation, the iPad is 9.8 inches high, 6.8 inches wide and 0.29 inches in depth.
Apple iPad Mini 2021 screen detailed specifications*. The Aspect ratio of a screen is 6.1:4.
It will be the same as for the iPad, they run at the same resolution and scale.
