If you are using Eclipse for only Enterprise Development, then as everybody has recommended I would use the Eclipse Java EE version. If you plan on occasionally using it for other development purposes then I would consider downloading a separate classic version as well.
If you want to build Java EE applications, it's best to use Eclipse IDE for Java EE. It has editors from HTML to JSP/JSF, Javascript. It's rich for webapps development, and provide plugins and tools to develop Java EE applications easily (all bundled).
For general Java programming the Eclipse Classic would be appropriate. If you want to do web development, then I suggest the Java EE variant, which is suitable for JSP (it also contains everything the Classic variant does).

Eclipse Classic is basically the full featured Eclipse without the Java EE part.
