I am using the WebBrowser control inside a Windows Form to display a PDF.
Whenever the PDF is regenerated, however, the WebBrowser control only displays its local cached version and not the updated version from the server.
I am using the Refresh() method shown below to try and force the control to reload the PDF, but it doesn't work:

Do I have to do anything else to force the refresh to reload the PDF from the server?
Keyboard Shortcut for Most Browsers. If you are using Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox you can quickly clear cache with a keyboard shortcut. While in your browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window.
On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options. The Internet Options box should open to the General tab. On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button. This will delete all the files that are currently stored in your cache.
