I have over 5+ years of experience working in a variety of web development technologies. An engineer by experience, currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at LeGarde Burnett Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., improving products and services for our customers by using Web Development Frameworks, standing up Amazon cloud servers, Content Delivery Networks, speed boosting services like ElasticSearch & Solr based on Apache Lucene and leveraging leadership and problem solving skills.

I strongly believe that understanding people is more important to work with them or lead them. As a student of Psychology, I advocate productive ways of managing colleagues or employees, challenging tradtional counter productive methods which are used in the name of Management.
