Current Role
I am a Data Architect at DISH Network in Englewood, Colorado.

Prior Role
I have been in database development and architecture for over twenty years with most of that time spent working with SQL Server. My new position will be mostly Oracle, so I will be visiting that section of StackOverflow.

Writing
I have written for simple-talk and Teradata Developer Exchange. Earlier, I wrote a column for Database Journal which focused on SQL Server performance and scalability.
