Currently I work as Software Quality Manager at ZettaGenomics (Cambridge, UK). I have been head of bioinformatics at other genomic companies and research centres and spent 10 years at Genome Campus, Cambridge-UK (both Sanger and EBI) as a computer biologist.

I have a Zoology and genomics degree, a master in evolutionary genetics, a PhD in genomics of cardiovascular disease, a PostDoc in human genetics and a degree in biostatistics.

I create software applications for genetic analysis and genomic visualisation for solving clinical and research problems.

Experience in sysadmin, mysql, oracle, Neo4j, Python, R, Perl and modern javascript.
