I'm an INTJ (Myers Briggs personality), described variously as 'Mastermind', 'Architect' and 'Innovator'. In that respect, I've created a HTML editor with advanced features even MailChimp does not have (with emails that actually work cross-email-client); and pushed email validation ahead of Litmus. I've created a better HTML to Text tool than MailChimp's one, and created a code-snippet of best practices used daily by my team (best practice quality every time, effortlessly).

My current team also love my template generator, reducing HTML email creation times from 10 minutes to 1, and also reducing the need for checking the work (about another 3 minutes).
