My observations so far: StackOverFlow users should Up-Vote more and Down-Vote less. There's a lot of people that just very quickly downvote questions when people legitimately need help out there. I'm always happy to help, even if it's not the best question in the world. Although, I don't really care for homework assignments, I didn't like any of those the first time around.
