Transitioning my expert Android java-kotlin rxjava skills to Flutter mobile cross platform dev and dart. That means while the typical recruiter cannot find you devs doing this i am building flutter apps using Bloc, rxdart, dart, flutter, and my expert dev skills in debugging.
If you are a startup co-founder and the startup is in the USA and funded than you understand why I say building apps wins not pasty credentials as your own employees re not building flutter apps and I am. Its not being rude to you its called being pragmatic as you need to find an engineer that jumps into the new stuff with both feet.
