I'm a husband, father, IT professional, and game developer. My passion is definitely game development, but it's a tough slog if you can't secure an income stream from it, so by day I ply my trade as an IT Architect. I work mostly with PHP and PostgreSQL, though have a wide range of experience, including all major RDMS, multiple server-side programming languages, most major BI tools, and various server OS and flavours.

I'm the lead developer of the Circle314 PHP Framework, and also the Art of War online board gaming site. I've worked in both the public and private sectors, for small software companies, the education sector, the financial sector, and major government organisations.
