Designed and lead development team on internal IP-to-Product initiative, consisting of a 5 computer processing system for high resolution infra-red tracking of munitions in real-time. Currently working on an EW simulation framework and a calculation framework for artificial radiation belt analysis.

Managed division of 120+ staff and >$28M revenue, including responsibility for staffing, proposals, internal research and development efforts, business development, personnel development. Proposals. In addition to assisting on numerous proposals, I made significant contributions to: DTIC's SNIM - proposal manager (won, $2B ceiling IDIQ). DTRA’s NuCS– software lead – presented 60% of the oral proposal (won); DTRA’s SAM – Assistant Proposal Manager (won); DTRA’s INDRAC program – software/system lead (won);
Project Management. Served as the project manager for DTRA’s System Nuclear Survivability Assessment Module (December 2007 – Present). This 4.5 year/$10M program is developing applications using legacy high altitude nuclear effects codes. Served as PM for DTRA’s Nuclear Capability Services (NuCS) program ($2.5M/year). NuCS was a new start program for DTRA.
From October 2003 until January 2007, in addition to GL and Project responsibilities, I also served as PM for the division’s CMMI Process Improvement IR&D.
