I speak fluent Japanese and have hands-on experience in both Japanese and international business contexts growing and managing multilingual teams of engineers.

I've spoken at many international tech conferences, including RailsConf and RubyConf in the U.S., EuRuKo in Europe, and RubyKaigi in Japan. In the open source world, I'm the author of Mobility, the only pluggable framework for Ruby model/data translation, and coined the term module builder pattern.
