I am developing Universal App using VS2015 in Win10. The simulator and the android emulator is running fine. But when I started the Windows Phone Mobile Emulator, then the emulator runs and shows "OS is starting", and then after a long delay (i.e. 10mins) the Emulator turned off and these messages have been shown.
- Error : DEP6100 : The following unexpected error occurred during bootstrapping stage 'Connecting to the device '8BDF218D-FDBB-4A97-90F9-3AA33B559A92'.': DeviceException - App deployment failed. Please try again.
- Error : DEP6200 : Bootstrapping 'Mobile Emulator 10.0.10240.0 WVGA 4 inch 512MB' failed. Device cannot be found. App deployment failed. Please try again. TestUWP2
What is this Bootstrapping error. The Emulator in Hyper-V Manager is running fine. Plz help and let me get rid of it.

Microsoft Emulator for Windows 10 Mobile cannot load apps that target the Windows Phone OS version earlier than Windows Phone OS 7.1. Microsoft Emulator for Windows 10 Mobile ships as part of the Windows 10 SDK. The Windows 10 SDK and emulator can be installed as part of the Visual Studio installation. The Windows Phone Emulator runs on a computer that usually has a fast WiFi or Ethernet connection. Your app, however, runs on phones that are typically connected over a slower cellular connection. Check Enable network simulation to test your app with different network speeds and different signal strengths.
You can test your universal app using a unique Windows 10 Mobile emulator image for various screen resolution and screen size configurations. You can simulate real-world interaction with a device and test various features of your app by using the tools included in the Microsoft Emulator.
You need to install latest emulators and Windows SDK, you can get them from this page.
