I have published an app in market, checked the device list, countries list everything fine, but still not able to see my app through searching in market.
Want to know will it take time to become searchable in market ? like 3 or 7 days/hours ??

Usually, it takes up to 2 days. Google says the review process could take up to 7 days or even longer. Once the app is reviewed, you'll receive a notification on Google Console Dashboard.
Once the app is uploaded on the Google Play developer account and published, it generally takes upto 3-6 business days for your app to Go Live. The Apps are reviewed by the Google Play Store team.
Once your app has been submitted to the Google Play Store it will be reviewed by a mix of Human and Automated auditors. This review process usually takes between 24 and 48 hours. A few hours after approval your app will appear on the Google Play Store.
It will take a few hours -- how long exactly depends on the server load.
