Whenever I tried to Submit Review for my app, I got the following error message even I've uploaded all the required screenshots.
Unable to Submit for Review
There are still screenshot uploads in progress.
When I pressed view all files in Media Manager, I got gray blank picture screenshot which I've uploaded.
Blank Screenshot after uploaded
Here is the screen for error message.
I've been stumbling on this issue for a whole day already.
Does anyone has faced the same issue? and How to get rid of it?
Thanks.
On average, 90% of submissions are reviewed in less than 24 hours. You'll be notified by email of status changes. You can also check the review status of your submission in the My Apps section of App Store Connect or on the App Store Connect app for iPhone and iPad.
you must upload screenshots specific to each device. Images must be in JPEG or 24-bit PNG. A minimum of 2 screenshots is required.
After submitting an app for review, it typically takes 1 week to pass through Apple's review process (pending approval).
A: 24-48 Hours Apple has improved its review time significantly and reports that 50% of apps are reviewed in 24 hours and over 90% are within 48 hours.
Once your app is live, Apple requires for you to upload a new binary of the app if you want to change your screenshots ( see what other changes require a new app build from Apple) so our team will need to upload a new app binary first before you can upload your screenshots.
After getting into the App Store information, click on the latest app binary under the iOS App text 3. Simply click on the tab of the devices shown, and click Choose File to upload the screenshots. You can upload up to 10 screenshots each.
When publishing an app in the Apple App Store, you are required to provide app screenshots. The screenshots have a significant impact on your app's conversion rate. When people search apps in the App Store, your app's screenshots appear next to the app name and app subtitle.
At least one screenshot need to reflect your app in use. Only using marketing or promotional materials that do not at all reflect the UI of the app will most likely be rejected by Apple. Make sure that at least one of your screenshots accurately show what the user will see if they download your app.
The most useful method is not to wait, but to constantly re-upload the waiting pictures
I encountered the same issue. The solution is to be patient. This is what i did: Upload screenshots one by one, after you upload each screenshot just refresh the page. And after upload if you see the screenshot is processing, remove it and upload again and refresh the page. Repeat the procedure till all your screenshots are up. Make sure you use Safari.
