Have been using Vs 2017 for several months on dev machine. This fine morniong says setup incomplete. Am I missing something?

If you change your mind later and want to reinstall Visual Studio 2019, start the Visual Studio Installer again, choose the Available tab, choose the edition of Visual Studio that you want to install, and then select Install.
Please remove the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer. Then, re-download the bootstrapper file from the following Microsoft Site and run it as administrator. If the answer is helpful, please click "Accept Answer" and upvote it.
If you have Visual Studio open, go to Tools > Get Tools and Features... which opens the Visual Studio Installer. Or, open the Visual Studio Installer from the Start menu. From there, you can choose the workloads or components that you wish to install. Then, choose Modify.
In this case you need to go to the Control Panel => Programs and Features and choose Visual Studio and update it.
