My Xcode automatically updated now I'm getting this error:
The 'Apple Developer Program License Agreement' has been updated. In order to access certain membership resources, you must accept the latest license agreement.
I feel so dumb. Where do I go to accept this?

After submitting an app for review, it typically takes 1 week to pass through Apple's review process (pending approval).
Accepting the Apple Program License AgreementLog into Apple Developer using the Account Holder Apple ID of your Apple Developer Account. Locate the banner at the top of your screen that states “The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has updated”. Click Review Agreement on the right-hand side of the banner.
If your Apple Developer Program membership expires, your apps will no longer be available for download and you won't be able to submit new apps or updates. You'll lose access to prerelease software, Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, and TSIs.
Login to your Apple developer account and accept updated license agreement:
https://developer.apple.com/account
