Please help us to resolve this issue.
Please refer attachment.
Turn Wi-Fi off or connect mobile network. Delete and reinstall TestFlight. Remove any zeros from the build number and resubmit the build. Change the build number and resubmit the new build.
Installing from TestFlight Installing beta apps in TestFlight is easy. Install the latest verision by selecting the app and tapping “Install.” After the app installs, the button will change to “Open.” You can open the app from there or from your home screen.
TestFlight is another option to distribute your application to iOS devices. TestFlight also requires a paid Apple Developer account, but allows you to share your application with up to 10,000 users that can be invited with their email or a public link.
You can also create multiple groups and add different builds to each one, depending on which features you want them to focus on. Before testing can begin, the first build of your app must be approved by TestFlight App Review. This build is automatically sent for review when you add it to a group.
