What is the difference between Team Agents and Admins in Apple Developer's website? Any rights which are different?
Simply put: Apple's Developer Enterprise Program lets enterprises develop and distribute proprietary iOS apps across the company outside of the App Store. So, select this license if you don't plan on submitting your app to the Apple app store and need to restrict downloads to internal employees only.
You can have multiple Apple IDs and multiple developer accounts if you work for multiple organizations. Or you can use one Apple ID for everything, or one for your personal apps and one for your professional apps.

The main difference is that team agents can actually enable App IDs and upload apps to either the iOS or Mac AppStore. This is also in my opinion a huge drawback, since in every dev program you only have one team agent. If you are a large company, this will not scale very well.
