I have made one app live today and everything was working fine. The app was available within an hour after upload. After that I have changed the name of app and uploaded that again and that also worked fine and everything was OK and successfully updated on play store.
Now the problem starts. When I realized that screenshots are not proper I'm going to change that and trying to upload another one, but when I upload the images it shows only android icon jumping over progress bar and nothing is going to upload. When I tried that previous images, same problem is there and nothing is working .
I'm not able to figure out what problem is going all.
Can anyone help me to find out the issue.

While for tablet screenshots, we usually use images with dimension 2048 x 2732. Once you have the images ready, you can go ahead and sign in to your Google Play Console account. Select your app, and go to the Store Presence and then Store Listing: Scroll down until you see the field to add your screenshots.
Number of Screenshots The Google Play Store requires a minimum of 2 screenshots per-app listing. The maximum is 8 screenshots per supported device type: phone, tablet (7-inch & 10-inch), Android TV, and Wear OS.
Go to Google photos app. Click on top right corner and select photo settings. Go to back up and sync. Then make sure screenshots is selected.
On your computer, go to photos.google.com/settings. Check if you see the “Google Drive” section. If you don't see this, you didn't sync photos and videos from Google Drive to Google Photos. If you do see this, you used to sync photos and videos from Google Drive to Google Photos.
It appears that it's google's problem i can't upload neither images nor apks.I first tried almost 24 hours ago. Keep trying to upload your images. If they get successfully uploaded then google play will "tell" you if they are proper or not (that's for the dimensions/properties of the image not it's content).
