Any one help to me to record and play audio Simultaneously in Iphone.

Visit Google Play Store and download the Together app. Launch your music app and play the desired track. Launch the Together app and tap the video camera icon at the bottom to start recording. The music should continue playing.
You need to do an App Store (or Google Play) search for 'multitrack recorder' or 'multitrack recording studio' and there are several choices available, mostly free. You'll need to find one which can easily import audio (the ocean breeze) as well as record.
You can listen to your voice while recording it by enabling software playthrough in Audacity, but it has delay. If you are on Windows XP or earlier, try unmuting the mic in the playback side of your sound device (in the Windows Control Panel).
You can get a use from AVFoundation framework. It has AVAudioPlayer to play audio files and AVAudioRecorder to record. You have to bear in mind that Recorder will record with the use of mic only. So with the simultameously playing a audio file and recording it depends on how the mic will perceive the audio that is played.
