Prism program licence [closed]

I'm writing a program using Prism and I want to make it available via Codeplex. I want to publish it using a free licence (if possible compatible with the GPL), but I heard I can't use the GPL with Prism. Can I use the GPL licence? If not, what licence do you recomend me?

The licence for prism is bascally you can do almost anything you want:

Copyright Grant- Subject to the terms of this license, including the license conditions and limitations in section 3, each contributor grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free copyright license to reproduce its contribution, prepare derivative works of any contribution for which source code is provided, and distribute its contribution or any permitted derivative works that you create.

You could distribute your code under the GPL and Prism under it's own licence
