I input the correct user and passwd, but emacs shows me that
evernote::EDAM::Error::EDANUserException (parameter: consumerKey errorCode: INVALID_AUTH)
I used 0.41 version of evernote-mode ,and have done all setup.
the file "Evernote-Client-Output" displayed this message:

please tell me how to handle this error. thanks.

One of the possible reasons why Evernote is not syncing on your devices is because the Evernote servers are facing a downtime. As you may already know, when you sync your notes, they are first sent to the app's servers and then your other devices download your latest notes from there.
Evernote.com is UP and reachable by us.
evernote.com/download: In the Evernote app, select Help > Check for Updates from the menu bar. Microsoft Store: If you are eligible to update to a newer version of Evernote, go to the Evernote app listing in the Microsoft Store and click Update.
evernote-mode probably needs to be updated to make use of either OAuth or developer tokens. More info here
