I am trying to use the new iTunesConnect beta testing. I am trying to invite a user to test however he already has an iTunes Developer account and it won't let me invite him because it of this:
The email address you entered already belongs to an iTunes Connect account. To continue, enter a different email address.
I searched around but found no solution. What are my options in this case?

TestFlight App. When testers are invited to beta test your app, they are prompted to install the TestFlight app from the App Store on their iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple TV if they don’t already have it installed. The TestFlight app makes installing betas simple, and you don’t need to keep track of UDIDs or provisioning profiles.
Before releasing your app on the App Store, use TestFlight to distribute your beta apps and app updates to testers for valuable feedback. Enter testing information and invite testers in App Store Connect by adding their names and email addresses or by sharing a public invitation link.
To test beta versions of apps using TestFlight, you’ll need to accept an email or public link invitation from the developer and have a device that you can use to test. Members of the developer’s team in App Store Connect can be added and will have access to all builds of the app.
Help developers test beta versions of their apps and App Clips using the TestFlight app. Download TestFlight on the App Store for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV. To test beta versions of apps and App Clips using TestFlight, you’ll need to accept an email or public link invitation from the developer and have a device that you can use to test.
Currently you can only invite internal testers beta testing through Apples beta testing system. The definition of an internal tester is someone who is actually in your iTunes Connect team. An email address can only be associated with one iTunes Connect team and because your tester already belongs to another team they can't be added to yours.
You can always do an AdHoc build for them just the same as you would have done before the Apple beta testing system came online. Provision their device, archive and build an ipa and then upload it to TestFlight.
