After submitting my app through Xcode, I see my app with no icon and it says "Uploaded" in the prerelease tab. What should I do? It's been two hours. I validated and submitted without any issues through Xcode. Here's what I see:

Update #3: I've contacted iTunes Connect Support addressing this issue and they said they would give me a call after they get in touch with the engineers. Here is what they said through email:

Final Update! SOLVED! After a drastic 5 days of just getting this app to review, they've finally fixed the issue. It seemed to be an issue with the server. The best help I can give to those stuck is to try to send another build or contact iTunes Connect Support(it's faster to call then to email). Also, if you get your app sent to review, don't forget to request an expedited review from Apple, to make the review process faster (not every one is guaranteed). Thanks so much for all of your support!

After uploading a build, iTunes Connect performs some processing to prepare it for TestFlight Distribution and App Store distribution. The status of the build should go to ready after some time. Sometimes, this happens as fast as 15 minutes after uploading but can sometimes take 1 hour or longer.
If you "mouse over" the rejected binary under the "Build" section you'll notice that a red circle icon with a - (i.e. a delete button) appears. Tap on this and then hit the save button at the top of the screen. Submitted binary is now gone.
Scroll to the “Build” section in your app's App Store Connect record. Click on “Select a build before you submit your app.” Choose the build that you uploaded through Xcode. Click Done in the bottom right-hand corner, then Save in the top-right hand corner, then Submit for Review.
Go to the developer rejected version and then below build section, > hover the build version then cancel the build with a red icon. > then select new build from test flight. > then just press submit for review, your app will be under review. > also in version textfield, you can change version number.
If iTunes can’t connect to the internet on PC. There may be several reasons why iTunes can’t connect to the internet. There may be a problem with your computer’s internet connection. Make sure your modem is connected and shows an active internet connection, and that you have at least one active network connection.
If you don't subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match , you won’t see an option to turn on Sync Library. If Sync Library is updating or turned off, you'll see a message at the top of the Library tab in the Apple Music app. Open the Apple Music app.
Clearing your DNS cache may resolve the issue and enable you to connect to the iTunes Store. The easiest way to clear your DNS cache is to shut down your computer completely and then restart. If you can’t shut down, you can clear your DNS cache manually. On your PC, go to Start, then choose Windows System > Run.
There may be a problem with your computer’s internet connection. Make sure your modem is connected and shows an active internet connection, and that you have at least one active network connection. On your PC, go to Start, then choose Windows System > Control Panel. Click Internet Connections.
Wait more. It will be processed eventually.
Apple may have issues with their validation servers or could have a very long pending apps queue. Just be patient.
Edit: (from MGame's experience)
If after a few hours, your build still hasn't started being processed, give a phone call to Apple. It seems that in some rare case your app could get stuck in their servers and they have to manually resolve the issue.

Missing required icon file - The bundle does not contain an app icon for iPad of exactly '152x152' pixels, in .png format for iOS versions >= 7.0. Once these issues have been corrected, you can then redeliver the corrected binary.
