You can move the two gray circles that represent your fingers around the screen by holding Option and Shift and moving the mouse. That's it!
Build Your App using Active Configuration = Release, then right click on the . xcodeproj. Select Reveal in Finder. Then have a look at App Size in the Build Subdirectory.
You can pick & drag any corner of simulator to resize it and set it according to your requirement.
